We work with business owners to create smart web designs, logos, and messaging that provides consistent branding across platforms. New and established businesses alike, we can help.
We develop fully responsive sites that are appealing and easy to navigate. We also provide monthly hosting and maintenance plans, handling every technological detail so you don’t have to.
We perform a top-down audit of your company’s current processes. We leverage technology to automate and [re]organize your business, often saving you time and money in the process.
Brands rely on us to create unique, memorable digital experiences for their customers.
If we say it, we mean it. We always hit our deadlines and quotes. Anything less is unacceptable.
In short, we are not driven by money. We never upsell. We believe in relationships over revenue.
We work hard to support local brands. We believe they are the backbone of the community and the economy
Our reputation speaks for itself. We encourage prospects to contact any of our previous clients for a reference.
Crumb Connects is a family venture, and truthfully, just an excuse for me and my big bro to work together on something fun. When local companies succeed, our community succeeds. Crumb Connects allows us to contribute in some small measure.
While working for a software company, I developed an interest in web development and realized there was a gap in the market for small and medium-sized businesses. Many of my clients either didn’t have a website, or it was old, out-dated, and basically gathering dust. Most understand that first impressions are crucial. Whether you don’t have a website, or you have outgrown your initial site and logo, we are here to help.
My bro is a design wizard and has been in the industry for years. He handles the development of our client’s complex branding campaigns. I handle all things web-related. We are a small, yet mighty team, with tons of branding and web development experience. Let us help your business reach the next level.
In short, all types. We have solutions for cafes & restaurants, gyms, retail stores, service companies, e-commerce sites, non-profits, etc. We can usually build anything a small or medium-sized business needs to be successful.
Web projects can vary in length, contingent upon scope and complexity. A simple one-page site with a contact us feature can typically be delivered within a week. A multi-page e-commerce site with hundreds of products might take a few months. We can provide a rough estimate during the initial consultation.
Prices vary per project. Initial consultations are free. After this meeting we provide a project proposal for your review. Single page sites are roughly the equivalent of a few months worth of coffee. Complex builds might be the equivalent of a used Honda Civic, it just depends on your needs.
Initial drafts are typically completed within 48 hours of the request. We allow two rounds of revisions (if we don’t get it right by the third try, we must not be listening!). Average turnaround time, including revisions, is five business days.
Prices start at $249. This includes a hand-designed, personal logo with two rounds of revisions. You will receive several versions of the logo that are optimized for different mediums (print, electronic, etc.). You will also receive a branding guide that includes your company’s official fonts, colors, and a marketing preview for your brand.
Like web projects, we prefer a brief initial consult to get an idea of what you want and need. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to begin work. The balance is due upon completion of the design (and required to receive your files).
If your logo design is part of a web project, this can be invoiced separately or as part of the web build. For example, you might need the logo earlier for marketing purposes. All invoices are itemized for your convenience.
After the proposal is reviewed and the contract is signed, you will receive an invoice. We require a 20% deposit to begin work on web projects (and a $50 deposit for logos or branding materials). Invoices are payable via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. There will be several pre-determined checkpoints throughout the project, as well as a project delivery or go-live date. The remaining project balance is due on this date, and is required in full before we launch your site (or deliver your files).
Any recurring dues (if applicable), will begin accruing on the 1st day of the month following your site launch. Recurring dues will be invoiced separately, and like project balances, are also payable via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Yes! Monthly hosting and maintenance packages begin at $69 per month. The basic packages includes the initial set-up and server configuration, monthly hosting, routine monthly maintenance (i.e. software updates, general content updates, etc.), and one free email address for your brand. Depending on your company’s needs, we also offer more advanced packages that provide more dedicated hours and hand-on support. Your options will be covered during your initial consultation.
Sometimes, yes. It depends on how your old site was built. If you would like to use an old site as a starting point for your new site, or if you simply would like Crumb Connects to be your new host and maintenance provider, it is sometimes possible to transfer. Pricing for a site transfer starts at $59. We can discuss this option during our initial call.
Yes! However, we do not sub-contract for other design or service companies. We prefer to work directly with small and medium-sized business owners in order to help them realize their business’ fullest potential. If you have a client with web or design needs, let us know. We are more than happy to send you a referral fee for the introduction!
Absolutely! We offer a monthly retainer option for larger businesses, and are more than capable of handling your marketing and web development needs. Just reach out and let us know how we can help.
